Aromatic Lavash does not leave indifferent any of ladies visiting Armenia

While States, governments and ministers of the International Organization of Francophonie discussed geopolitical issues and made decisions, their spouses, 10 women and one man, Secretary General of the International Organization of Francophonie Michael Jean's husband Jean-Daniel Lafon, visited Megerian Carpet store with a cultural program designed for spouses. Anna Hakobyan, wife of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, accompanied them. The spouses were impressed by the fact that the art of the Armenian carpet was able to preserve the tradition of the centuries, and they were impressed by the skilled and industrious work of craftswomen, and the aromatic Lavash baked on the spot did not leave indifferent to any of the ladies. After visiting Megerian Carpet store, the guests visited Matenadaran. Tomorrow, on October 12, the spouses of ministers of the Francophonie International Organization will visit the Yervand Kochar Museum as well as the Cafesjian Center for the Arts and the Cascade Complex. The tour of guests will end in "Francophonie Village."
