Robert Kocharyan released (video)
The Court of Appeal released the second president Robert Kocharyan. On August 13, the Court finished examining the legal defender’s appeal to commute the first-instance court’s decision on remanding their client, Armenia’s second President Robert Kocharyan, in custody. The court said they would make a public statement on August 13. Kocharyan's lawyer, Ruben Sahakyan, told after the session that the decision was made by taking account Kocharyan's right to immunity.
