Garnik-Isagulyan-1

Today, Garnik Isagulyan, adviser to the Permanent Representation of the Artsakh Republic to the Republic of Armenia, told journalists that the visit of Artsakh Republic President Bako Sahakyan to the United States was a success but it was one of the regular visits. With these meetings, Artsakh is trying to be in balance with the co-chairing countries of the United Nations (UN). Garnik Isagulyan also touched upon the visit of Konstantin Zatulini, First deputy chairman of the committee of the State Duma for the CIS and relations with Russian nationals abroad, during which the statements, according to Garnik Isagulyan, were not less important than the statements made in Washington. "Zatulin's statements are important from different perspective. There are boundaries that are not opened. Whenever a state official makes an announcement about phenomenan, such as the trade in arms, he makes statements that contain ideas which should be guessed. That regrettably, the revision of arms sales can even be understood differently. This does not mean that there will be no sale at all."
