Executive Director of the International Center for Human Development Tevan Poghosyan believes that in Armenia, people do not feel what is happening in Artsakh. According to him, they start talking about Artsakh only when shots are heard. Tevan Poghosyan thinks that any Armenian diplomat should go through the front line in order to imagine what is happening and to present it to the international community. A week ago Armenia signed a comprehensive and expanded partnership agreement with the European Union. What will this agreement give to Armenia and Artsakh ? "The European Union has its own interests; it wants its neighborhood to be predictable, democratic, developed and with an open economy by which it guarantees its security as well. If we use this agenda properly, important doors will be opened for our development," says Tevan Poghosyan. More details are available in the video.
