One of the Facebook users posted a photo describing the horrible condition of Arpachay. ‘Two years ago the situation wasn’t so terrible, it is the section, where Gyumri river flows into Akhuryan river (Arpachay). And all this was caused by the people, who do not think about the future of their children. One day it will return to their tables in the form of food. All those, who control all these and do not carry out their obligations, are responsible for it. And it is only the surface. Image how much garbage has been collected under water and how much flew into Akhuryan river.”
