Republican lawmaker Samvel Nikoyan today spoke about the appointment of a new prime minister and the ensuing changes. “On the whole, the problem lies with the authorities and their image, starting from the government, ministers and ending with the NA leadership and MPs,” he said. He says there is a need to rock the entire system and the person who has the power to do is the president. Samvel Nikoyan does not think that the problem lies with the president himself. “No, the problem lies with people who seat in their places and do not want to make their own decisions,” he said. The Republican lawmaker says the new prime minister is a reformist and a practical person.
