Karen Bekaryan to replace Arpine Hovhannisyan in parliament
The mandate of the newly-appointed Minister of Justice, Arpine Hovhannisyan, has been handed down to Karen Bekaryan who is the next candidate on the proportional ticket of the ruling Republican Party of Armenia (HHK). During its Sept. 11 session, the Central Election Commission drew up a protocol on giving the mandate to Karen Bekaryan, the next candidate on the electoral list.
