President rejected single mother's request
Alvard Tsarukyan, a single mother of ten children, lives in miserable social conditions in a temporary shack in Armenia's Gyumri city. She has addressed a letter to Serzh Sargsyan with a request to be allowed to privatize the shelter. However, she has received a negative reply. The family is not included in the list of people waiting for their turn to receive apartments by the state. Social benefit is the only source of income for the family.
