Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan Announce the Third Year of Green Innovation Fellowship

Ucom and Impact Hub Yerevan are pleased to announce the launch of the third iteration of the Ucom Fellowship Incubation Program, building on the success of two years of collaboration, This strategic partnership continues its mission to accelerate Armenia’s green economy, by supporting entrepreneurs who are leveraging technology to solve critical environmental challenges.

The Ucom Fellowship 2025 cohort saw three standout teams receive 400,000 AMD each to scale their operations: Bee Green, which combats plastic waste through biodegradable beeswax food wraps; Eco Habit, a social enterprise recycling industrial nylon into durable home goods while providing employment to vulnerable groups; and Sun Home Guesthouse, an eco-tourism initiative driving sustainable development in the Lori region.

Through the Ucom Fellowship program, we support initiatives that not only offer innovative ideas but also deliver real solutions for environmental protection and Armenia’s sustainable future. We are pleased to see how these ideas evolve into practical initiatives, and we are confident that many of them will become important contributors to the country’s future green economy”, mentioned Ralph Yirikian, General Director of Ucom.

“Entering our third year with Ucom reinforces our shared belief that the most effective way to address environmental crises is through comprehensive, entrepreneurial action. By providing these innovators with a high-level mentorship and an environment to grow, we are cultivating a resilient community of changemakers who will lead Armenia toward a more sustainable and circular future,” said Tijay Jeghelian, Programs Director at Impact Hub Yerevan.

The new round of the eight-month incubation program also offers hands-on workshops, expert mentorship from industry leaders, access to Impact Hub’s global network of over 100 locations worldwide, funding opportunities with the top teams receiving 400,000 AMD each.

The program enrolls visionary individuals and teams developing technology-driven solutions in key sustainability sectors, including green energy, agritech, eco-tourism, and circular economy.

Whether you’re an early-stage startup, research team, or entrepreneurial individual with a prototype ready for scaling, this fellowship offers the perfect setting to develop and grow. All interested applicants must submit their application form by April 13, 2026, to be considered for selection.
