Armenian FM, OSCE mediators to meet in Paris
On March 3 Armenia's Foreign Minister Edward Nalbandian leaves for Paris where the Armenian official is scheduled to meet with Co-Chairs of the OSCE Minsk Group, Igor Popov, Jacques Faure and Ian Kelly.
