Meeting at NKR MFA
On September 30, acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Vasili Atajanyan received California Senator Joseph Simityan and CEO of the Paros Foundation Peter Abajyan.
According to the NKR MFA press service, at the guests' request, Vasili Atajanyan presented the history of the Azeri-Karabakhi conflict by focusing on the reasons behind the Artsakh liberation movement and the main stages, as well as informed them about the current state of the process of negotiations over the conflict. During the conversation, the need for a peaceful settlement of the conflict was highlighted.
Vasili Atajanyan expressed gratitude to the U.S. government for its financial assistance to the NKR.
