Support A1+!The shareholders of “Yerevan” and “Armen-Akob” TV Companies will discuss the issue over disputing TV and Radio National Committee actions before the Court.
Both TV stations are displeased with Committee decision under which request of 5 TV Companies regarding giving back their tender proposals for a week for elaboration, was rejected.
“Dar 21” is not going to appeal to the Court, “TV-5” and “CNN” which de facto belong to “Armenia TV” don’t give a clear response .
If TV Companies appeal to Court, it may well be that incident of last November reoccurs. Then the tender was postponed and it lasted for 2 months.
Employees of ”A1+” TV Company have come to the conclusion at the meeting yesterday - “If TV Companies, breaking legal and moral norms, appeal to Court and if Court enters the claim in the jurisdiction and if it postpones the tender as a way of claim granting, the 70-member staff of “A1+” will apply to Embassies to Armenia for a political shelter” .
