«The draft resolution adopted in PACE smells like oil», said Vahan Hovhannisyan, deputy principal of the Armenian National Assembly several days ago. Regarding this announcement, Tigran Torosyan, the other deputy principal of the Armenian National Assembly, expressed strict opinion: “I do not smell documents, I work on them”.

Tigran Torosyan agrees with the head of the PACE Azerbaijani delegation Seidov that both of them have approved of the resolution adopted in PACE. “It means that the report has no strict violation”, says Mr. Torosyan.

Nevertheless, the National Assembly deputy principal marked that “of course this is not the resolution I would like it to be”.
