Today Parliament has started activity by voting of some legislative initiatives since last week. A few bills were passed. The bill on “Making changes and amendments to the” Law on Organization and Conduct of Checking in the Territory of Armenia” was more controversial.
The discord between MPs and Government was that under the bill suggested sanitary and hygienic examination of a managing establishment can be carried out anytime. Government decided to change the clause and agreed to the version to check only the enterprises where there is the absolute necessity of it. After the change the bill was passed.
Parliament has today decided to prolong the activity of the Temporary Commission of Integration with European Structures. 10 legislative initiatives and 35 issues and agreements will be discussed this week.
