IRAN CAN’T HAVE ANOTHER POSITION OVER KARABAKH
Support A1+!At today’s conference ARF Bureau member Levon Mkrtchyan has appreciated deeply the speech Iranian President had made in the Armenian Parliament the day before. According to Mr. Mkrtchyan, President Khatami introduced one of the most accessible variants of the democracy model.
Levon Mkrtchyan also referred to the statements regarding Nagorno Karabakh conflict Iranian President had made at his visit to Azerbaijan. Mkrtchyan says Iran can’t neglect the territorial integrity as since 1988 till now the issues of NK self-determination and territorial integrity have been discussed in all the international structures as the most accessible versions of Karabakhi conflict settlement.
By his words, Iran has always been neutral and impartial on Karabakhi conflict settlement, which indicates of Iran’s willingness. Levon Mkrtchyan also expressed his standpoint over the recent speeches of Ilham Aliev over Nagorno Karabakh: “The period of the bellicose propaganda activity of Azerbaijani President will finish since he realizes well that the undesirable war is the end of such statements”:
