ROBERT KOCHARYAN IS IN CE

At 9:55 AM at France time Armenian President Robert Kocharyan together with his suite arrived in Council of Europe. PACE Chair Peter Shieder, CE Secretary General Walter Schwimmer and other officials greeted him.

On entering the CE building Kocharyan was suggested to go for the meeting with Norway Prime Minister. It will last for 40 minutes. Then Kocharyan will meet PACE Chairman Peter Shieder and will partake in the measure in the European Court of Human Rights. At 1:00 PM he will take part in the opening of the exhibition on “Fritiof Nansen and Armenia”. At 3:00 PM Kocharyan will answer the questions of PACE delegates and at 5:00 PM the journalists's ones.
