After announcement of results of CE Secretary General election, a great numbers of delegates left the session room: some of them to congratulate Terri Davis on his election, others for other reasons.

Few remained to participate in discussion over European Reconstruction and Development Bank. Before embarking on discussion current PACE Secretary General Walter Swimmer thanks them.

It is remarkable that none of Armenian delegation was present in session room. Some of Armenian delegates don’t participate the session at all.
