BORDER VILLAGE OF KARTSAKH IS UNPROTECTED

In recent months, when Georgian border checkpoint began receiving electric power from Turkish checkpoint, Turkey’s citizens were given right to cross the border without formal permission.
Turks presence in Kartsakh has become commonplace. As a rule, they carry guns with them. Villagers fears the guns can be used.
