ARTHUR BAGHDASARYAN COMMENTING ON PARLIAMENTARY ACTIVITY

Parliament has started this week activity without Opposition. 89 MPs secured quorum. A part of them left after voting.
During discussion over the bill on making amendments to the “Regulations for Parliament Control Chamber” Arthur Baghdasaryan didn’t miss the chance to criticize the coalition partners: ”The state bodies are mainly corrupted and the Parliament control is needed for that”.
For that Arthur Baghdasaryan suggested to increase the role of Control Chamber – “struggle against corruption is declared but it’s just throwing dust in eyes”.
Arthur Baghdasaryan also talked about Republican Party and said that Gagik Minasyan, Chair of Finance, Budget and Economic Committee doesn’t perform his duties in time and didn’t introduce the bill supposing increase of Control Chamber role.
Nobody from ARF or RP reacted to this speech since no component MP of ARF or RP was present to the sitting.
