Support A1+!“CEC has bases to declare invalid registration of candidate for presidency Robert Kocharyan” , Ruben Torossyan, Chair of Social Committee for Co-ordinating Election Legality, announces.
According to him, Kocharyan has been propagandised for about 800 minutes on TV Companies, so the sum, provided by Law, has already been expended. “If there are extra sums in the pre-election fund of Robert Kocharyan, it means he is financed by illegal sources” , Torossyan concluded.
Yesterday Social Committee for Co-ordinating Election Legality introduced its statement on the pre-election period of presidential elections. “The large-scaled breaches have serious influence on legality of electoral process” .

Breaking the demands of 4/3 plank of the 18-th article of Electoral Code, some charitable organisations, like “Artsakh”, “Javakhk”, “Bolnis Khachen”, “Nor Zeytun”, “Shiraz”, have carried out propaganda in favour of Robert Kocharyan.
Foreigners have carried out pre-election propaganda by Mass Media / Ara Abrahamyan, Chairman of “Union of Armenians in Russia”, I. Kobzon, citizen of Russia, former Ambassador of Russia V. Stupishin/.
On behalf of CIS Observers’ Mission group, the representative of it made a statement corresponding to the facts: “Elections for Armenian presidency are of no danger at a strategic matter” .
Because of breaking the demands of “Order for implementation of observers’ mission” Social Committee for Co-ordinating Election Legality has appealed to CEC for depriving CIS observers of the right for observers’ mission.
