SEMINAR ON KARABAGH PROBLEM REGULATION
Support A1+!"Only Liberals can found Democracy in Armenia",- the Right Powers are sure. Today " Agreement " Legal - Political Science Study Center held a seminar on " Karabagh problem regulation.
The seminar began with Armenian National Movement Party Department head Alexandr Arzumanyan's report. He thinks that there are no major achievements in Karabagh conflict regulation process and there is no sense to hope that the problem will be solved in the near future. Alexandr Arzumanyan supports the phaze way of problem solution and thinks that no other way can be. The Right Powers critisize the present Authorities' inner policy, especially Robart Kocharyan's and Vardan Oskanyan's statements on Karabagh conflict.
