Arsen Torosyan stated that there is a tendency for decline of newborns. Today's agenda is the issue of setting 150,000 drams benefits for the second child in the families. Mane Tandilian, Minister of Labor and Social Affairs of Armenia, pointed out that in 2009, when the benefits rose from 35,000 to 50,000, a sharp increase was recorded in the birth of the 2nd children in the families. Health Minister Arsen Torosyan stated that there is a tendency for decline of newborns. The discussion of the issue was postponed to the next Government session.
