The trial of “Sasna Dzrer” group’s members continues (video)
The case of 14 members of the “Sasna Dzrer” group has been resumed today. Artush Gabrielyan, the judge of the Court of General Jurisdiction of the Erebuni and Nubarashen administrative districts, announced that he will hold the trial only for four members of “Sasna Dzrer” group and 10 other members would be examined by another judge. At the same time, he made a decision to connect the case of seven members from the last week to this case of four members of “Sasna Dzrer” group. The defenders, however, see a serious problem in this regard, since nearly 200 witnesses and victims should be heard separately in 3 different proceedings.
