Mansuryan's Night Song will be performed during Talalyan Brothers Festival (video)
“I wish the names of our famous musicians were remembered with the help of such festivals,” says famous Armenian composer Tigran Mansuryan. “In this sense, Aram Talalyan is a devotee of his work and family who can organize such festivals.” The 8th Henrik and Geronti Talalyan Festival will be held in Yerevan on June 7. The main goal of the festival is to promote classical and Armenian academic music and provide an opportunity for talented young people to perform on the stage. Famous musicians are invited to participate in the festival which is dedicated to the memory of Alexander Harutyunyan. Tigran Mansuryan's Gishererg (Night Song) will be performed during the opening concert.
