Snow and wind on several highways of republic
The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication informs that on December 3 as of 09:30, it is snowing in Talin, Maralik, Artik, Gyumri, Ashotsk, Ashtarak, Aparan, Aragats, Spitak, Stepanavan, Lori, Tumanyan, Tashir, Abovyan, Hrazdan, Sevan, Gavar, Martuni, Yeghegnadzor as well as in Vardenyats mountain pass, Dilijan, Ijevan, Noyemberyan, and Tavush. There is strong wind and low visibility on Maralik-Lanjik road section, Talin, Gyumri, Ashotsk, Aparan, Aragats, Gavar highways and Vardenyats mountain pass. There is black ice on some parts of Vardenyats mountain pass. The highways are being cleaned with salt and sand. Interstate and republican roads are open. In order to refrain from accidents, incidents and traffic jams, the RA Ministry of Transport and Communication urges drivers to use winter tires. The RA Ministry of Transport and Communication
