Prosecutor instructs to detain participants in Gyumri incident
The prosecutor in the Goris case has instructed the investigation authority to detain all people who were invited to the pre-investigative body, but did turn up. The prosecutor took the decision considering the fact that seven days have passed since a criminal case was filed in connection with the Gyumri incident but none of the witnesses or participants has showed up at the pre-investigative body. At the same time, the preliminary and investigative bodies were instructed to detect accomplices to the crime, to clarify the circumstances of the incident and bring those guilty to justice, reports the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Armenia.
