Roads in Armenia mostly passable
Most road in Armenia are trafficable, says the Ministry of Territorial Administration and Emergency Situations. Sotk-Karvachar roadway is heavy-going. Georgian Interior Ministry’s Emergencies Department reports that Stepantsminda-Lars highway is open to all vehicles with tyre protection chains.
