Administrative hearing into 'Armenian Police vs Levon Barseghyan' adjourned (video)
Armenia’s Administrative Court today started preliminary hearing into the case “Armenian Police vs Levon Barseghyan.” Before the start of the court sitting, Judge Eduard Nahapetyan permitted videotaping the sitting making the respondent, Levon Barseghyan, motion for the media coverage of the hearing, given public interest in the case. Lieutenant Colonel Sona Melikyan, a representative of the Police Kentron Department, who represented the plaintiff, immediately objected to the motion, which was granted by the judge. Levon Barseghyan then motioned that the hearing be adjourned which was upheld by the presiding judge. For more details watch the video of Tsayg TV.
