Government concept is unacceptable without public discussions, NGO
Today RA Government in its session adopted the concept of “Fight against corruption in public management system”. This document has great public importance, as it is a document providing RA Government policy continuation for future five years in fight field against corruption. Though the concept was accepted without public discussions and public participation. Armenian Young Lawyers’ Association and Information Liberty Center find the adoption of such an important document unacceptable without public discussions and public decision and think that this style is against publicity transparency, public participation in governance principals. Armenian Young Lawyers’ Association and Information Liberty Center implement “Promoting comprehensive fight against corruption” project with the financing of EU, within the frames of that project the concept will be presented to the public discussion.
