There are closed roads
RA MES informs that on April 3 at 09:00, there are closed roads in the RA. Sotkh- Kharvachar road is closed. There is snowstorm, fog and low visibility in some areas of the republic. The drivers are advised to travel by the above mentioned roads only if is strictly necessary and with winter tires. On April 3, at 02:58 a call was received that on Kharvachar- Sotkh road cars were blocked because of ice and help was needed. A rescue group went on the scene. The rescuers took out 4 cars (13 passengers) from blocking.
