The studies and observations of Shirak Centre NGO have revealed that anumber of homeless families in Gyumri live in rented domiks – wagon-like temporary tin houses. Many of them have moved to Gyumri from other ommunities and regions. There are also families whose domiks became uninhabitable, and they were forced to look for better accommodations. These families are not included in the list of families that will receive state compensation. Nor do they hope to have a shelter one day. This time, Shirak Centre NGO has visited a family of eight living in a domik district in miserable conditions.
