No taxes, prolonged loan pay times
Tigran Sargsyan visited Armavir region, where he had a meeting with representatives of village communities, which have suffered most because of severe hail days ago.
During the meeting the representatives of village communities of the region presented the condition of their communities after the hail-fall to the PM. They said, they had water bill debts they would not able to pay. PM said, that the state would support villagers by all possible means.
The following decisions were made as a result of the work consultation with the representatives of village communities.
1. The residents of 46 communities which severely suffered by hail will not pay land tax, and for communities which partly suffered by hail 50% of land tax will be on state.
2. The same principle will be realized for water tax.
3. Villagers will be given seeds, fertilizers and fuel.
4. The loans and interest rates of villagers will be frozen for a certain period.
5. Dollar loans will be replaced by dram loans with the subsidization of the state.
6. In all the villages of the region anti-hail stations will be located which will be controlled by one centre.
7. One-time financial support will be given to those villagers who are socially vulnerable.
