Armenia's Ministry of Emergency Situations reports that as of 9:00 a.m., April 9, all interstate and intercommunity roadways in Armenia are mainly trafficable.
According to the Ministry of Emergency Department of Georgia, Stepantsminda-Lars road is open for all types of vehicles.
