Sharmazanov expresses gratitude
Vice-Chairman of the RA National Assembly, head of the Armenia-Lithuania Parliamentary Friendship Group Eduard Sharmazanov today sent a letter of gratitude to Head of the Lithuania-Armenia Parliamentary Friendship Group Algis Kaseta.
In his letter E. Sharmazanov expressed deep gratitude to his Lithuanian counterpart and the latter's supporters for making sure the Seym of Lithuania didn't pass the unilateral and anti-Armenian draft resolution on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution. The NA Vice-Chairman attached importance to Lithuania's official view on the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict resolution based on the three well-known and established principles.
Eduard Sharmazanov voiced hope that the efficient partnership between Armenia and Lithuania would be ongoing and that the sides would be able to expand the cooperation between the parliaments of both countries, reports the Department of Information and Public Relations of the National Assembly.
