Razmik Zohrabyan, Vice-Chairman of the Republican Party of Armenia, is convinced that the RPA will gain most seats in the upcoming parliamentary vote. The Prosperous Armenia party will be the second.

According to the RPA representative, the opposition Armenian National Congress will also be able to pass the 5-percent threshold. As for alleged alliance between the ARF-Dashnaktsutyun and Heritage, Razmik Zohrabyan said, "Dashanks will never enter into alliance with a weaker force. This is simply pre-election agiotage," he said.
The talks about the switch to a full proportional system are empty talk.
Mr. Zohrabyan said he was unaware of the candidates to be involved in the RPA list.
"I do not know whether I shall be included in the list or not as the issues has not been considered yet," he said.

Asked whether he would be nominated by the majoritarian system if not included in the party list, Zohrabyan said, "There are so many candidates running on the majoritarian ticket that I would not like disturb any of them."
And even if the RPA decides to nominate him on the majoritarian ticket Razmik Zohrabyan will not do it due to the lack of finances.
