U.S. Ambassador at MD
RA First Deputy Minister of Defense David Tonoyan on October 18 received Assistant to U.S. State Secretary Rose Gotemoler and Assistant to U.S. Deputy Secretary of State Celeste Volander. Also participating in the meeting was U.S. Ambassador to Armenia John Heffern.
Issues related to regional security, the control of arms race and the future of the European Typical Armed Forces (ETAF) were discussed and different countries' breaches of the demands of the ETAF agreement were touched upon during the meeting.
