Artsakh President congratulates Abkhazian president-elect
President of the Artsakh Republic Bako Sahakyan congratulated Abkhazian lpresident-elect Alexander Ankvab on his victory in the presidential elections.
"On behalf of the Artsakh people I congratulate you on your convincing victory. I am confident that your knowledge and rich experience of a state political figure will greatly contribute to the country's further development.
I am hopeful that the relationship between our countries will not only maintain the positive dynamics but will also be upgraded to a new level," Sahakyan said in his address.
