Certificate is mandatory
Members of the electoral commissions and those who have the right to attend the session of the commission (including on the day of the vote and in the voting room) such as mass media representatives, proxies and observers must have a certificate confirming their right to attend the session of the electoral commission on a place that is visible on their shirts.
A certificate granted to a journalist by the person providing coverage is considered a certificate affirming mass media representatives' right to attend the session, reports the press service of the CEC.
