NONE SO DEAF AS THOSE DON'T WANT TO HEAR
Support A1+!The eighth lawsuit concerning A1+ and Noyan Tapan TV Companies’ problem is over. During the last session, just before the verdict was to be delivered, the companies’ consumers as well as defendant representatives retired from the courtroom in the protest of ongoing farce.
Copies of the Court decision were sent to all the sides of the lawsuit in order to provide them with an opportunity to scrutinise verdict justification. Contrary to A1+ and Noyan Tapan consumers’ demand and in sake of Republic of Armenia, the Court decided to decline the A1+ and Noyan Tapan suit against National Commission on Radio and Television.
There is the written statement in the copies sent that Economic Court of RA as well as both Economic and Civil Chambers of Appeal Court have already rejected a number of A1+ and Noyan Tapan claims. The Court justified the rejection saying that "according to RA Code on Civil Legal Proceedings, the circumstances already put in force and confirmed by the Court aren’t due to be proved again at the other hearings".
Under the law, the Court decision can be appealed in Appeal Chamber on Civil Cases within 15 days.
Being confident in legitimacy of their demand, the A1+ and Noyan Tapan tireless consumers intend to file motion to the Court of Appeal.
