HUNANYAN BROTHERS WERE TO BECOME INVESTIGATORS OR EVEN JUDGES AND NOT TERRORISTS

Today defendants as well questioned deputy Stepan Zakarayan, the victim for October the 27-th teract case. Nairi Hunanyan tried to find "serious" contradictions in the deputy's testimony but Mr. Zakaryan repeated his preliminary investigation and inquest testimony.

When the Prosecutor tried to make accurate some circumstatnces of the issue, Nairi Hunanyan shouted at him: "Don't interrupt me!" . His licentiousness surprised the Judge. Hunanyan continued: "I don't answer the Prosecutor's questions. I EXAMINE THE VICTIM" .

The defendant was really delighted with examining. He was using both the skill "acquired" during trial when being examined and journalism methods. through the questions he wanted to accuse the deputies of having stayed in the Parliament Hall.

Karen Hunanyan began the examination using the Judge's question: "Does the victim feel animosity towards us?".

Stepan Zakaryan formed his attitude so: "I don't even want to havea look at them" / the deputy didn't look to the defendants' direction, answered their questions strictly. /

He announced that the defendants were condemned in any case either in the aspect of history / as the history indicates that those to have killed the Authorities in Armenia have never been forgiven / or just in the literal sense of the word as Armenia hasn't signed the European Convention' article of death sentence banning.

The victim's statement influenced obviously on the defenadants. Karen Hunanyan even threatened: "Why do you think we are sentenced?. Let him worry about his future!..."
