According to the same negotiations, the Russian co-char Yuri Merzlyakov left the room together with the RA President.
According to the Azeri Mass media, Mann said, «The year 2006 must be that of the settlement of the conflict, but there has been no progress by now. And the time is passing by». Underlining that the loss of the year will be tragic, Mann said that considerable work has been done for the last two years, and there is possibility to reach an agreement. «If the sides do not use the possibility, it will become a real tragedy».
