KOCHARYAN AND ALIEV TO MEET IN FRANCE

The aim of the meeting of the RA Foreign Minister Vardan Oskanyan and the Azeri Foreign Minister Elmar Mamedyarov with the participation of the OSCE Minsk group co-chairs which finished in London was to prepare the meeting of the Presidents of the two countries.

In this connection the sides exchanged thoughts and cleared up approaches towards the agenda of the Presidents’ meeting. Although the atmosphere was positive, the discussions were quite complex. Success was achieved in some points.

The co-chairs gave the sides the invitation of the French President Jacques Chirac to organize the meeting of Robert Kocharyan and Ilham Aliev in France in February.
