Today quorum was not secured in the Parliament, as it was expected: only 12 deputies were registered for the session. At midday the NA Speaker entered the hall and condoled with those present in connection with the 17 anniversary of the earthquake.

At 03:00 the session will be considered failed if there are no 66 deputies registered.

And the Parliamentary groups and fractions have left for the Shirak and Lori regions to participate in the events connected with the earthquake.
