KARABAKH CONFLICT SETTLEMENT POSSIBLE UNDER ONE CONDITION ONLY
Support A1+!The people of Karabakh are not going to remain passive in the settlement of the problem. They understand that the settlement process considerably depends on their activities, NKR Minister of Foreign Affairs Arman Melikyan stated today. In his opinion the key to the conflict resolution can be found via bilateral talks between Karabakh and Azerbaijan.
According to the minister the people of Karabakh should be maximally safeguarded. He also dropped a hint that during the negotiations Karabakh should have wide possibilities to introduce proposals or terms, which cannot be disclosed at the moment. When answering the question whether Azerbaijan-Karabakh negotiations mean that Armenia should abandon the negotiation process, the Minister diplomatically said that Armenia and Azerbaijan have plenty of themes to discuss and the Karabkh problem is one of them. Within the present negotiation format the NKR Foreign Minister does not see any progress.
