WHO GEORGIA MEANT?
Support A1+!The states closely cooperating with the ones having separative regime must not be enrolled among those in Black Sea Economic Cooperation. Georgian delegation appeared with such a proposal during the 24th Assembly of member states of Black Sea Economic Cooperation.
Azerbaijan and Greece agreed to the suggestion of the Georgian side. Armenia, Russia and Turkey opposed it. The proposal was turned down.
Armenian MPs are sure Georgians mean Russia at the aspect of Abkhazian conflict when saying “a state cooperating with the separative regime”. But Russia wasn’t mentioned in the wording, so Azerbaijanis could hardly mean Russia, too, by being “for” the proposal.
