RULING COALITION MEMBERS MEET THE OCTOBER 27 VICTIMS’ RELATIVES, COLLEAGUES OUTSIDE PARLIAMENT

Politics

It was already reported in one of previous news items that 50 of the marchers, who came to the parliament house, were allowed to enter the National Assembly compound to put flowers at the October 27 terrorist act victims’ monument while the other participants of the rally were denied entry.

The victims’ relatives and fellow MPs from the opposition were among those permitted entry. They were received by the ruling coalition members in the parliament house yard.

It is remarkable that MPs from National Unity opposition party came along with governing parties’ members to join the 50 instead of joining the rally participants.

National Assembly speaker Arthur Baghdasaryan said the victims would be commemorated and honoured forever and the crime must be out fully.

MP Victor Dallakyan joined him saying not only perpetrators, but also masterminds must be tracked down and prosecuted.
