Azeri Day-az Internet newspaper reports quoting Azeri parliament source Armenia won’t take part in the session of Parliamentary Assembly of Black Sea Economic Cooperation to be held Wednesday and Thursday in Baku, Azerbaijan.

Issues related to regional security will be discussed at the session. Lawmakers from 9 of eleven BSEC member countries will participate in the event. Only Armenian and Moldova won’t be present at the session.
