PRESIDENTIAL COUNCILOR SUGGESTING TO HOLD A TRUST REFERENDUM

Talking about the activity around settlement of Karabakhi conflict, Mr. Isagulyan said that even if the report of Terry Davis was valid, it could be of no importance.
Mr. Isagulyan thinks that the Turks and the Azeris artificially want to transfer Karabakhi conflict settlement to Council of Europe to find solutions in their favor through oil.
”At a maximum Karabakh can become an independent state”, Garnik Isagulyan announced. “What about the minimum?”. “At the minimum in can become a part of Armenia”, he said.
He called upon everyone “not to get alarmed with the reports of the Englishmen”. He said no isolation menaces Armenia because of non-settlement of Karabakhi conflict. “If there be no standpoints on leaving Karabakh to Azerbaijan, I announce unambiguously that the international society doesn’t regard Karabakh as the part of Azerbaijan”, Isagulyan said.
