During the press conference in PACE a Turkish journalist asked Robert Kocharyan how he treated the possible relations with Turkey while there is a frontier problem and Genocide, which Turkey doesn’t accept.

”Can the Jewish forget that there was Genocide?”, Kocharyan countered, stating in fact the Armenian side makes concessions in that case.

By the way, it turned the first part of the question by the journalist referred to the boundaries of the historical Armenia. “Programmatic relations are needed”, Kocharyan said.
