Azerbaijani and Turkish representatives were especially active during questions and answers following Robert Kocharyan’s speech in PACE.

One of them wondered whether it was true that Robert Kocharyan had partaken in hostilities in NKR against Azerbaijan. In reply to it Kocharyan stated he had and he was from Nagorno Karabakh.

”My children had no childhood for 3 years and we lived in basements. For years policy of ethnic purge was pursued in Azerbaijan and NKR, that’s why war started”, Robert Kocharyan said answering the questions in PACE.

He reminded PACE delegates that Nagorno Karabakh has never been in the composition of independent Azerbaijan.

Robert Kocharyan affirmed the stance of the Armenian side that Karabakh must become a negotiating part in Karabakhi conflict settlement, “Liberty” Radio Station informs.
